The family-friendly atmosphere was enjoyed by the kids.
Our experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing. We faced numerous issues, including unclean rooms and malfunctioning air conditioning. The lack of basic amenities, like towels at the pool and sufficient water in our room, made our stay unbearable.

Kid's pool kept them busy
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with attentive staff who handled children's needs perfectly. The Turkish bath was a highlight, and our kids loved the fun-packed slides throughout the day.
Unfortunately, multiple family members fell ill during our stay with digestive issues, which affected our overall experience. The dining options were not consistent, and some food items were below par.

Good vibes and comfy stay
We had a good welcome at the hotel, and the porter took our bags right away. The room was tidy, but kinda small. The staff was helpful, really nice, especially at the bar. The snack bar had some tasty bites, though they could use better drink options late at night. Getting a sunbed was a bit of a rush every morning.
